What is the composition of water-based synthetic leather

Water-based synthetic leather is a product that looks and feels like leather and can be used instead of it. It is usually based on fabrics and coated with water-based polyurethane resins and water-based leather surface treatment agents.

Water-based polyurethane resin

1. KM-123. Water-based polyurethane fabric (for water-based synthetic leather)

Gives the product a smooth tough, special feel, refreshing. For Garments and other products. Traits: milky white liquid. Features: color fastness, alkali-resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and low temperature flexion.

2.KD-610 water-based polyurethane foam (for water-based synthetic leather)

Used to produce water-based synthetic leather bass.

The products are widely used in Garments, bags, sofas, Automotive, shoes and other fields.

Features: Resistance to yellowing, color fastness, alkali-resistance, smooth tough, elasticity, hydrolysis resistance, and low temperature flexion.

Properties: Milky white liquid

3. KL-6116 water-based polyurethane bonding layer (for water-based synthetic leather)

Give the product strong adhesion.

The products are widely used in Garments, bags, sofas, shoes and other fields.

Features: yellowing resistance, Color fastness, alkali-resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and low temperature flexion.

1.KY-1103 Waterborne matte-washing treatment agent

This product is a special water-based mist washing and brightening agent, which can give the product a special light and dark contrast.

• The matte is washed and brightened. After the leather is made into a garment or a bag, the washing and rubbing part becomes brighter, which is in sharp contrast with the special matte at the bottom of the ditch.
