Since its establishment in 2005, the company has been engaged in the R&D, production and sales of additives and treatment agents related to polyurethane synthetic leather, and has accumulated talents in various fields. In particular, KAIYUE chief engineer has been in contact with the polyurethane synthetic leather industry since 1992. He has nearly 30 years’experience in the research, production and application of PU synthetic leather. He has rich practical experience and theoretical knowledge. Other members of the technical team generally have more than 10 years’ experience in the field. On the other hand, talents are involved. And a wide range of technical team personnel covering water-based PU resin, functional additives, surface treatment agents, synthetic leather semi-finished products, dry process and post-treatment, as well as mechanical equipment and other aspects; third, the company and Sichuan University, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Huaiyin Institute of Technology and Huaiyin Teachers College and other institutions of higher learning are closely linked. R&D Conditions

In 2017, the company researched and produced water-based polyurethane resin, water-based synthetic leather, water-based microfiber, water-based surface treatment agent, and water-based silicone series. KaiYue Technology Development Co., Ltd has newly installed more than 100 sets of various production equipment, 26 technicians and more than 100 workers. It can produce more than 5 million meters of synthetic leather annually. At present, the preparatory plan for a new production base covering 150 mu is being actively implemented. It is expected that the production capacity will be increased by 1-2 million m/month.
